Ah, that's a little more complete story, and not near as worrisome. Any time you have a wreck like that (hit a ditch, hit a mailbox, whatever) the assumption is that you have lost control of your vehicle. In some states, it's called "failure to maintain control". In MN, apparently that's reckless driving. Since this is only involved your vehicle and you, it's not like you left someone else injured to die on the side of the road, so why would leaving the scene be a big deal anyway? Unless this involved DUI or something similarly stupid, I doubt you have anything to worry about. It certainly wouldn't be a felony. No one is going to care if you have a couple of traffic tickets. Kind of strange that they didn't give you a ticket already, but who knows, maybe MN is different. If you're that concerned, talk to an attorney - they can certainly tell you if any of this is a big deal, but on the surface, it doesn't sound like it.
