I got a call today from the director of Midwestern University and she offered me a spot. I am so excited!!! I have to move to another state now but I dont really care. Thanks for all the great information provided on this site

Congratulations btw02......best of luck to you......if you don't mind me asking, how long were you in the ICU? When did you begin sending out applications? I ask because I am interested in starting a NAP around the same time as you are now.......once again.......Congrats!
1.2 years in Burn/Trauma ICU in level one teaching hosp. 1.2 years RN exp. I was very lucky!! I applied to 8 schools, interviewed at 3, excepted at 2. Started applying in Nov. of last year. Go for it! I was the youngest at all of my interviews and had the least experience. I do have the CCRN and am a current grad student in an FNP program. So this may have shown my dedication.

congrats!! I just moved to Kansas from Alabama so I can start the crna program here in August. It is an adjustment, but I know it will be worth it. I am glad I moved early so my husband and I can get adjusted to the area before I get started. Good Luck to you!!!!!!!!
