GRE/MAT prep.??

What books/ study materials would you all recommend for preparing for the GRE or MAT (I plan to take both)? Did anyone take the Kaplan or Princeton review course?? They are so expensive, so I am wondering if it would be worth it or if I should just study with practice books. I am a complete math retard, so any math review materials anyone could suggest would be awesome. I took the GRE a few years ago before I went to my BSN program and really did not do so hot on the math section, so I would really like to improve my score. Thanks guys!!

Well I took a class at the local University. Check out some of the colleges in Philly and see what they charge. I paid less than $400 for mine, still expensive but nothing like Kaplan at $1000+. The class helped bring things back into memory from the past. The book I got was from Kaplan and was helpful with vocab lists to study. Best of luck.

I just used the Kaplan review book with the CD it comes with. It was excellent review. I studied for less than a month and did okay. I have traditionally not done very well on standardized testing, but the Kaplan booked helped a lot. I did not get stellar scores but good enough to get into school. Good luck.
