The place that I go through is CFS (collegiate funding services - or something to that effect). You have to be enrolled in at least 6 credits during the time your loan is disbured to you. In addition you need to have an employment history of 2 years. The loan is paid directly to you (not the school) and covers anything you want it to cover - tuition, books, room and board, groceries, gas, etc. Here is their website
