CV vs. Resumer w/ Application

Hello! I tried this thread in the pre-CRNA forum with no luck so far, so I thought I'd try it out here. Much thanks to anyone willing to reply.

I'm sure this topic has been discussed before - but my search did not leave me with a good answer.

For those who have applied/are applying... Did you submit a CV or Resume if unspecified in the application requirements? Did you include a cover letter?

I am trying to distinguish if I did a CV, what would set it apart from my resume other then being longer.

Any advice/input would be appreciated!
