CRNAs working for Veterans Affairs hospitals

by oafzp4

Hey folks,
Just wanted to inquire about the pay for new CRNA grads working for the VA. It seems like the VA starts pretty low (~92k) compared to other starting pays.

You might contact the hospital directly. They have the ability to increase that number to better equal the market for that specific area.

The VA in Dallas pays more. If they dont have any FT CRNA's they have to contract a group which, I imagine, would be quite a bit of a higher expense.
