CRNA's what made you choose your first job?

Hello everyone,
Occasionally I check out gasworks.com to get motivated as I continue my education. I compare what's included in pay, bonus, demographics, etc. That led me to a good question and forgive me if I tread in unwanted territory as it is none of my business. But I am curious. What made you choose your first job out of NA school? Besides pay I mean. Was it additional bonuses? Location? AA's not employed? Being directed by MDA? How many weeks vacation? Education repayment? Benefits packages?

Where did you get your first lead for a job? Were you employed before finishing school? Thank you in advance for answering my questions.
