May I pick your brain a bit? If so, I have a few questions:
When finding a replacement CRNA:
what qualities do you look for?
What certifications do you look for?
How many years of experience from that CRNA do you think should be "enough" for you to feel comfortable covering/representing you (if it's even a case of representation, so to speak)?
How do you find the replacement?
In your personal opinion, how many CRNA's need to find a replacement every month?
Thanks in advance for any of these questions you are, or anyone else for that matter, are able to answer!
