CRNA residencies or fellowships?

Are there CRNA fellowships for new grad CRNAs to specialize, like for peds cases? Or, do most CRNAs do OJT for more complicated cases? Thanks.

At the hospital where I work, CRNA's generally do B+B cases. Only the Anesthesiologist is allowed to do peds under 5, ICU, cardiac, neuro, OB, and high risk. I am not aware of any fellowships in my state, so I'm not sure what the answer is?

Wayne State University in Detroit has a Post Master's Certificate in Pediatric Anesthesia and you may want to check out University of Southern California (USC) Program of Nurse Anesthesia Department of Anesthesiology Keck School of Medicine as they have an optional third year for specialty fellowship but dont know if you need to have attended school there to be considered.
