CRNA - question regarding complications...

Thanks in advance for any replies.
Just curious as to what complications you run in to commonly, or any interesting stories you have regarding major or minor things that have happened while doing your job? I know what you do in general, but I'm more interested in hearing about the times you had to think quick on your feet to save a life, things of that nature!
