I am looking for best practices for managing CRNA's and some specific examples of financial models for CRNA's. Specifically:
- Are they on some sort of productivity model and they get paid per case
- Are they on the Hospital payroll completely, with the hospital billing for their services and collecting as well
- Are they on the physician payroll, with the physician billing and collecting
Does anyone have any websites, online resources, or other information that addresses how CRNA's are managed and employed? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
