CRNA Clinical Question

To those who are CRNAs what do you think is the best way for a student to approach Clinicals. What I mean is as a student do you walk in and do everything and push drugs like you have been doing this for many years and just kind of take over?? Or do you think its better to tell your grad "I'm thinking about giving this drug and the dose and why". I don't want to step on anyones toes but I also dont want to appear stupid in clincials or unsure of myself. I also tend to get very anxious when I intubate to the point where I shake and its very embarrassing. I am fine once the process is done but any helpful hints on how to end the anxiety?? I just want to do well in clinicals any advice would be great thanks!!!!!!!!
