Class of 2006 Which loans and Why?

Updated May 27, 2004 at 08:17 PM by URgettingsleepy

I am baffled by the amount of loans available. Each seems different, some strong in one area and weak in another. What are people using for both the cost of attendance and private loans for extra expenses?
Funding school is a huge financial investment so lets hear it....

I disagree with your statement that "funding school is a huge financial risk". IMHO education debt is about the only "good" debt there is. To answer your question, I took the full amount offered by the federal government, as well as around $6K in private loans to cover books, fees, etc.
