First off, hello,CRNA's,
I'm new to nursing, I'm an LPN, I'm 18 and recognize that I can explore many different fields of nrsg, CRNA included. Sooo- 1) Tell me all about being a CRNA- your experience

2) How difficult or challenging is your job, what are its highlights.

3) I currently work as an LPN, and then in 4 yrs as a RN in the ICU for about 5-6 yrs, after I plan on doing CRNA, since I will have 10 prior yrs experience in nrsg how much do you estimate my starting salary should be, esp here in NYC!

4) How hard was it for you to find a job?

I just want to congratulate you!!For being an LPN at 18 y/o.What an accomplishment.I have an 18 y/o Daughter I keep pressing the LPn issue.Good girl!!!Keep it up!!!

If you want to be a CRNA, why wait 10 yrs. your nursing experience will get you no more money once a CRNA. If that is what you want to do, do it as fast and as soon as you can. others will tell you to wait, and to gain experience, but when it is all said and done, that is just time gone. get in as fast as you can, so you can retire earlier.

first get your BSN ICU experience and CCRN, take GRE and apply for anesthesia school, cannot apply as LPN.
