Anyone have CRNA2007's Flashcard files???

The previous post has been closed regarding flashcards CRNA2007 was willing to send out to everyone. I tried to contact CRNA2007 for a copy, but I haven't heard anything as of yet. So if anyone would be so kind as to share those files, it'd be GREATLY appreciated (or any notes/tools/flashcards that matter you wouldn't mind sharing). Thanks in advance.
