Questions for CNM

Hello! I am in high school and exploring my career options and I'm quite interested in the career of a midwife. I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on any of the following questions:

What does a usual day and/or week look like for you?

Do you have kids? If so, how do you manage family and work? Do you feel like you spend enough time with your family? (I really want to have kids so this is important to me.)

Why did you decide to become a midwife?

When and where did you complete your schooling?

What are the best and worst parts of your job?

What advice would you give someone looking to pursue a career in midwifery?
