    For those of you in states where CNMs can provide abortion services, where did you get your hands on training for vacuum aspiration and what is your top gestational age?     I'm also looking for training programs! I tried contacting Nursing Students for Choice, but they didn't really give me any info. Any advice would be helpful! And same as above, if you feel more comfortable replying in a PM, that's great

    Abortions services are not considered part of core competencies for midwife training and regulations for scope of practice vary state to state.
