by simmaplease Oct 10, '12I just applied for for admission to a masters midwifery program. I have an extensive music background and am interested in music therapy as well. Does anyone have any experience with integrating music therapy into pregnancy and birth? It would be nice if I could get a post-masters certificate in music therapy if that option is offered anywhere.

- Oct 11, '12 by AP0525Hello, I'll be starting my midwifery program soon. I don't really have any answers for you, but I think that's a really great idea! And you could use that as a research topic of yours in your MSN program. Also, there are lots of schools that offer a post master's certificate in Music Therapy, so that is definitely something you could do. Good luck!simmaplease likes this.
