How long after the telephone interview did you find out if you were accepted?

I just had my telephone interview this AM, it went well. It was very informative, they use a point system is how it was explained to me, the lady interviewing me told me I was in the higher scoring category, which make me very happy!! But you have to keep in mind you are judged for that applicant pool for that class, so who knows!! Class 71 is full, Class 72 is what they are interviewing for right now. She did tell me I should find out really soon. It sounded really positive!! I am sooo impressed with this program. It has a great history and it's ability to change with the times pretty much sets it apart from all other schools!!! I sooo hope I get in for class 72, but if not worse case scenario I might get deferred to class 74 with Bound in March. Could be alot worse!! I am soooo excited, I was more nervous than I thought I was going to be. The questions are pretty much like the ones that are part of your application. I think I might have had someone practice with me before hand in hindsight, I think I would have been less rambling and a little less nervous!!! Good luck to everyone!!! I will post as soon as I know anything!!! Thanks again to everyone!!!

My only advice is to relax, read some books for fun and take a vacation. Once school starts, you won't be doing any more pleasure reading and the stress level goes up a bit. You can still take vacations (I'm leaving tomorrow!! ) but will be taking my laptop and textbooks with me. It's really never ending. But worth it in the end! You will all LOVE LOVE LOVE Frontier Bound! I'm jealous--I wish I could go again!!

Once you all get accepted, you will receive a copy of a book written by Mary Breckenridge ('Wide Neighborhoods'). It is required reading for Frontier students, as Mary is the founder of our school and one of the greats in American nursing history. I would get a start on the book when you get it--parts of it are a hard read. It's VERY inspiring and will help you truly appreciate the history you are entering when you attend Bound. Mary was such an amazing/trailblazing/tough/determined/self-sacrificing woman and reading her story will inspire you to follow your dreams!

Another classmate of Class 71 here. I was accepted, an email was sent but I must have deleted by mistake. I emailed to check when the review would be completed and received a reply that I was amongst the group accepted early. I am soooo excited. I think this smile will be permanently pasted on my face for a few days.

Haha, I've already read it. I love reading textbooks. I finally finished the Twilight series, but I would LOVE for some school reading to get done before deadlines. It makes me happy to read research, I know I'm lame, but working in L&D it really is helpful

Congrats to all of you! I am in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Frontier. Was at Frontier in August and LOVED it! This is a top-rated school with tremendous faculty and it is a school with a heart! I have a friend who is near graduation and she has NOTHING but rave reviews about her experience. It's a lot of hard work, but well worth it!
