Pregnant and interviewing...When do you tell???

When is the right time to tell your ICU unit manager that you are expecting when you are a new hire? I feel really good about my last interview for a ICU position. And it really is the position of my dreams! However, I feel like my pregnancy may be frowned upon. I will be due approx. a month or so after I finish orientation. The timing really stinks!!! I don't want to hide my situation, until I can't anymore, but at the same time I really don't want it to be a factor or THE FACTOR that is used to decide if I get the position or not. I know orientation is going to be intense, challenging and LONG (especially after some recent shadowing), I am prepared for that, I Just don't want to start off on the wrong foot IF I get job!! Advice please......... !!!!!!!!

I would wait and see if you get the job then tell them towards the end!
Good luck
