People doing nursing duties with little or no training

I get upset when I hear that neighborhood med centers train techs to do what us nurses go to school to do and dont hire any nurses to do a job. Med centers in cleveland take techs to industries and let them work under the title of staff nurse while they treat patients and do what I like to do. I cant even find a job and I have been a nurse for a long time.
