HEALING ENVIRONMENT

by C.LAW

I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY THOUGHTS, FEELINGS AND OR COMMENTS FROM FELLOW NURSES WHO HAVE WITNESSED THE EFFECTS THEY HAVE CREATED TO FOSTER HEALING OR NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENTS WHICH HAVE CAUSED TRAUMA TO THE PATIENTS IN THEIR UNIT.
