CCRN Study groups- any one have one?

Hi all,

Some of my coworkers are talking about starting a study group for the CCRN exam. I have no idea how to do this! Did anyone have a study group among their coworkers? How did it work for you and what kind of format did you use? I need some ideas for getting this off the ground

Thanks for your help

Didn't do it myself, but depending on the group members' motivation levels, it's a great idea! I would work through different body systems prior to meeting and have everyone come up with some quiz questions for each other to work through.

Hi
At my MEDCEN we gave quickie lectures on the CCRN blueprint (lectures no longer than 20 minutes with handouts, Q & A)
I presented stuff that I wasn't 100% sure (ABG interpretation) and some of the others gave lectures on SIADH, DI, ARDS, Hemodynamic parameters etc. IF you have a system you are not that strong on, then volunteer to give a "quickie" lecture on it...It REALLY helped me better understand the stuff.
Good Luck!
