advice please from icu nurses to hopefully soon to be !!

Looking for advice from exp icu/ccu nurses. I am thinking of applying to icu. What qualities does a icu nurse need to posess?
Possible questions asked during an interview in regards to critical thinking ?
From what I have heard managers, charge nurses conduct the interview. I am the kind of person that need to be prepared for situations like this. Please if someone has any advice reply
