  4. Force yourself to learn 12 leads ECG's and know medications your unit uses right down to the action and dose per Kg. Know differential diagnosis for abnormal labs as well. That should keep you busy for 6 months.
  5. In a CCU, I'd want to know my pressors for sure. Also learn anginal equivalents because they can tip you off to ischemia that you'd otherwise shrug off.
