Heart Failure ICU?

Hello everyone,

I have finally found my niche in nursing and it's cardiology, more specifically Heart failure/ road to transplant patients. I was researching online and noted Cleveland Clinic has a Heart Failure ICU and a seperate CCU. Does anyone else know of another academic medical center were they have a specific Heart Failure ICU? I am not ready to leave my current city just yet. I work in a great unit, we just do not get the constant volume of HF- road to transplant patients as I would like, since I am considering going back to school to be an NP to specialize in this field. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! )
