Work from home for LPN

Does anyone know of any work from home case management positions for an LPN?

Most companies I see want RN's only. I have a year of experience in both UR and Telephonic Case Management.

I do have certs in:

Managed Healtcare Professional

HIPPA

Medical Management Associate
