WC Case Management

Wondering if anyone has worked for Medical Case Management Group. They do case management for workers comp cases?

For those who do wc cm, do you go to ALL the patients doctors appts? Every PT, MD, OT, etc appt?

You usually only attend MD appts. YOu can visit PT, OT and etc if you need an update on the IW but then a phone call usually is good enough.

If the account gives approval or they want you to attend then you would be going to all kinds of appts. You will want to persue these visits, because it's that much more billable time.
