I am a nurse with 4 years of med surg experience. I am just about finished with my BSN. What would be the next step in preparing to apply for an entry level job as a nurse case manager?

Are you employed at this time? If so, go directly to the Director or Manager of the Case Management program in your facility and let him/her know that you are interested in becoming an entry-level Nurse Case Manager. If the hiring manager is willing to hire new nurse CMs, you will only need to convince that person that you are seriously interested in this specialty and to give you a chance. Good Luck.
