Should I take the job?

I just received an offer for CM job back in the Hospital. I have CM experence for 6 years in Home Health and Hospice. I have worked 2 years in Med/Surg prior to that. I love CM in a home health setting how different is it in Hospital based CM. I have worked my way up from a ASN now MSN 13 years of experience. I have a choice for a 0.7 position in Oncology every other weekend of in Ambulatory Services M-F 12:00 to 8:30 PM. Any advice?
