    As an Utilization Review RN, I don't work directly with patients and I want to know if it's necessary to have a professional liability insurance. My NSO insurance is going to expire soon and need to know if it's worth renewing it. Thanks in advance!

    I like NSO & it's fairly cheap to continue renewing. Personally, I would renew it...but that's just me. You should do whatever you're most comfortable with. Chances are your employer also covers you - you could ask your HR department about it.
