(Potential) offer for case manager.

Our facility is really busting at the seams (growing) and they are considering offering me a position as a case manager for the skilled patients. I know I would have to be trained, but could anyone give me an idea of what to expect as a case manager in a LTC facility?

I too, work in a LTC facility and I am interviewing tomorrow for a Case Management position. I am also wondering what to expect, what might be asked in the interview and what are the duties of the job in a long-term care setting? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
