Okay...what about from ICU to case management (UR)

I have been thinking about applying for a case management position at a local hospital. I have been an ICU nurse for many years but for the last 2 and a half years I have been at home with my children. So here are my questions?

What qualities make a good case manager? How do I know if I "have what it takes?"

How important is experience?

Resume tips?
