However, the CMs do not number crunch or develop the reports. The Manager of the Department works closely with Quality Assurance (a different department), that develops reports then creates policies that we the CMs implement based upon those reports. <- At least that is my limited understanding.How do other hospitals do the NQI- quality measures? Do you have dedicated staff, CM o rnursing to do this???
