NICU Case Manager

Hi! Was wondering if anyone is a NICU case manager and what are their responsibilities? Do you like your job and is the pay good? I'm planning to take a part-time position as a NICU case manager but am still debating.

Our NICU had a case manager that did length of stays, spoke with insurance companies for coverage, did home care evals, taught parents about resources, etc.. I have never worked NICU but she loved it.

Thank you for replying. This is all new to me and wanted to see what I can expect. I have an interview this Thursday with a company.
