    I am looking for other NICU case managers, anyone out there? Would like some feedback about average LOS in your units as well as level of nursery and setting (urban, regional tertiary, etc). Feedback appreciated, thanks in advance.

    The average LOS depends on the baby's gestational age, diagnosis. Most kids go home within a few weeks, but we always get a handful that are there for 3-12 months due to multiple problems. We are a Level III teritiary.
