Need Info for Hospital CM Interview. Please

Hi everyone.
I have an interview for an ED Case Manager position in a major teaching hosp.
I was wondering if those of you with experience can give me a heads up as to what I should be looking for?
What kinds of questions should I ask of my interviewer?
I'm coming from a background with ten years as a home care RN and a brief stint as an insurance company TCM (madness!!!)
I don't have a CCM yet and would like to know if you folks like what you're doing.
