My next step

I have been a nurse for a little over a year now. After working on a telemetry unit for about 8 months I joined a travel agency and have been doing psych nursing for 4 months now. I am thinking about going back to school to get my masters but not sure what I want to do. I dont really know how to find out what all of my options are for nursing...and I dont know how much I would make if I got my masters in nursing education. Any help/advice is welcome! Thanks...
