Meditech for UR

Hi there,
I work in a Case Management that is just taking over the UR role.
The role is new but we are also trying to use the UR module in Meditech, it is the abstract section. Does anyone have experience with this program. We have used Meditech for years but never for UR. We seemed very lost. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
