by EvePooh Jun 4, '12I'm a hospice case manager and want to find a case manager job in the hospital setting. I think a CCM credential would be beneficial and wondering if my experience would be qualified. I looked at the requirements for application and seems they require experience dealing with insurance company, which I dont. Any advice would be appreciated.

- Jun 4, '12 by louise51I would like to take the ACM certification exam rather than the CCM. Anyone have suggestion for a study book. The ACMA web site does not recommend anything to study. Thanks
- Jun 8, '12 by GrnTeathey don't require that you work for an insurance company. i've had ccm for 18 years and it's very well-respected. many ads will say, "ccm preferred/required."
