    I'm a hospice case manager and want to find a case manager job in the hospital setting. I think a CCM credential would be beneficial and wondering if my experience would be qualified. I looked at the requirements for application and seems they require experience dealing with insurance company, which I dont. Any advice would be appreciated.

    I would like to take the ACM certification exam rather than the CCM. Anyone have suggestion for a study book. The ACMA web site does not recommend anything to study. Thanks

    they don't require that you work for an insurance company. i've had ccm for 18 years and it's very well-respected. many ads will say, "ccm preferred/required."
