FCM Genex Services- How to get an interview?

I have submitted my resume twice to Genex Services. I am trying to get a part-time work from home cm position. I have diversified experience including acute care as well as cm in home health setting. Any advice or contacts to get an interview. I know if I can get in there and talk to a human, I will convince them to hire me! Thanks in advance.
