ESRD case management

HI. I am trying to find my way in the door of ckd, esrd case management. I was an LPN for 12 years and completed my RN degree 2 years ago. I have been working in the dialysis field for over 10 years, both with Hemo, Peritoneal, and am now doing Pre-Renal education, ect. I applied for a position of this type for Davita's Village Health over a week ago, and have not heard anything. I am wondering if it is because i have only had my RN for 2 years... I know i would do great in this area, especially with my knowledge i have. Any suggestions??? I really want to branch out. I just wish i hadn't waited so long to finish my RN. Any imput would really be appreciated... Thanks.
