Does anyone here do Behavioral health/mental health CM? salary & other ?s

I have interviewed for and am waiting to hear back from a CM position at a Behavioral health insurance co. I am not sure what kind of salary to expect if I get the offer-- can anyone give me a range? This is in Boston, MA.

Also, I would appreciate any feedback about what the job is like day to day, its pros and cons, etc.
