day in the life of home bound insurance case mgr/ur

Can some of you pros give me an average "day in the life" doing insurance case management or UR from your home? I have just accepted a position and though I am very experienced in my area, I can't wrap my head around what exactly I am taking on. I realize I will be trained but............show me some mercy. I assume I will be notified of admissions, go to the hospital to do a chart review and enter into into the computor. But what will filll in the days that I am not doing hospital visits and just working from home? Thank you, thank you , thank you.

Thanks
