CM salary?

I interviewed for a CM position last week and received a call from the manager yesterday that they have made a decision and want me to have the position. I am awaiting a call from HR to receive the official offer/salary offer. I have heard from someone inside the company that they typically "low-ball", so I want to see what a reasonable expectation is. I have a BSN, 11 years nursing experience as an RN with 3 yrs. clinical management experience. I do not have CM experience. THis is a position in a hospital on an orthopedics floor. Any advice/thoughts on salary expectations? I am in Tennessee if that matters.

When I first started my current job a couple years ago, my starting salary as a Case Manager was around $65,000. That is considering I had little experience as a CM (approx 1 year).

I had no CM or UR experience, and work as UR and Case manager in insurance company and I make $67,100 in Washington state if that helps.
