    Are there any CM that work in an acute rehab? I have lots of questions regarding what your process is and how you and your social worker work together (what does she do vs what do you do)?

    Yes I work in acute rehab. The sw and I split the patients that come in. I will take the ones with more medical complex issues and she will take the ones with extreme psych issues both do all the utilization reviews.
