Casetracker software

Does anyone use this program and off the cuff, what do you think of it? Pros and Cons.

I've never heard of it either. What type of CM is it for (acute care, WC, etc)?

The company I work for is purchasing it for case management, UR, DM and such. I know it has to be better than what we have.

No experience with anything like it. Good Exell spread sheet self created worked for me.

Were down to ONE clinical manager still not using our computer system but laptop orientation starts in June!

I was so glad to see your message! The new company I started with has 70 some odd disease and case managers/other UR nurses. Growing fast. I like it and cannot wait for a better software program.

I am still working my two part time home health jobs.

Not sure what type of case mgmt you do. I could not find anything that would fit my needs as a worker's comp case manager and was affordable for a very small business owner. So I also used an Excell Spreadsheet until I got able to commision a custom program that we are in the final stages of tweaking. Don't know if it would fit your needs but you might check out Case Manager by Chameleon Software. I bought it but it was not what I needed.
