The Case Manager - magazine. Where do I find it?

I'm not sure if this is the info that you want, but I receive the Care Management non-member magazine. It is the official journal of the academy of certified case managers. You can also subscribe for the full version. They started sending it to me after I passed my CCM. The address is Academy of Certified Case Managers, PO Box 210, Green's Farms, CT 06838-0210. The annual fee for the subscription is $85. Hope this helps. I think you might have to have a certification to subscribe.

I believe the Case Management Society of America is the organization that The Case Manager comes from. I think they have a website that you can go to.

I am also a member of ACCM. This is where I get my needed CEUs for certification maintenance. It is a good informative magazine.
