- Oct 13, '11 by NursErin07Definately, I just did it. I worked as a Hospice CM while finishing my MSN in CM and just got a job offer at a hospital doing ER CM. It definately helps but be sure hospice is something you want to do for the right reasons, very rewarding but difficult as well. Good luck!
