So my awesome friend scored me an interview at a health insurance company for an Inpatient Case Manager.
I just wanted to know what the typical day was like, what the job involved. What skills are good to have. I want to hear it from the horse's mouth.
My current stat's are:LVN 3 years in clinics, nursing homes, group homes. and RN almost 3 years critical care.
Is that a decent amount of experience to jump into this bandwagon?
I'm reaching burnout in the ICU on night shift, so thought this would be a good change as my priorities changed significantly since I had my son.
I truly appreciate any responses! Thank you!
